Bridget Hogg is a Clinical Psychologist treating PND. She has significant experience in treating a range of psychological and mental health problems, including post and perinatal depression. She is registered with Medicare as a provider of Specialist Psychological Treatments.

In her clinical work, Bridget places the utmost importance on the relationship she has with her clients. She has an easy, warm manner and firmly believes that if clients feel accepted and understood they will be most able to participate fully in the therapy process.   • Alcohol and drug abuse and dependence;
  • Deliberate self-harm and suicidal thoughts;
  • Impulsive and risky behaviours;
  • Past sexual, emotional and physical abuse (Complex PTSD);
  • Young people and adolescents.

Bridget uses evidence-based treatments, that is, treatments shown to be effective by independent research. She is particularly interested in using Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and also uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy approaches.
